About the
Institute.

We are a growing team of researchers, networkers, tech enthusiasts and behavioral experts on a search for a more technological world, that at the same time is also more ethical and human-friendly.

No concessions

Our continuous and cutting-edge research allows us to help leaders make better decisions on AI creations and implementations, whether they are active within the corporate, public or political landscape.

Our core values

Human-centric

Technology should be designed and implemented with the human in mind, not a user, a prospect, or a client. The distinction may sound redundant, however, these terms are dehumanized versions of a true human being. They reduce a human being to just a number, which from a psychological perspective allows for bypassing basic human emotion when deciding on technology. That is why we push for humanizing users, colleagues, clients, prospects, etc. In every step, whether that is in technology creation or implementation, the human should be the focal point. Being customer-centric is outdated, it is about being human-centric.

Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity isn’t just a buzzword for us. When we talk about humans, we mean all humans. If we want to improve human existence through technology, it is important that our efforts aren’t just focused on a select part of humanity, but that we dedicate our time to the entire human race. That’s why our team consists of people with different backgrounds, gender-preferences, hobbies, interests, beliefs, and professional backgrounds.

Constantly learning

In a rapidly changing world, it’s very important to stay up to date and keep informed. We are constantly learning through various ways, making sure we obtain the latest insights to understand what tomorrow will look like.
